We operate a mid-sized assembly workshop equipped with SMT machines, manual soldering stations, automated curing processes, and final assembly capabilities. Additionally, we have a dedicated mini-bulk production line tailored specifically for the mass production of wearable technology.

During the early prototyping stages, manual assembly of circuit boards plays a crucial role in ensuring precision and flexibility.

For the EV (Engineering Validation) and DV (Design Validation) phases, as well as mini-bulk production, it is essential to maintain an in-house mini SMT (Surface Mount Technology) facility to ensure efficient turnaround times and close control over the production process.

Assembly testing (QC) is a vital component of our process. To ensure the highest standards of quality, we utilize a range of essential equipment specifically designed for thorough testing and validation at each stage of assembly.

Mechanical Workshop

Our bulk manufacturing facility specializes in wearable tech and soft goods, serving our key customer base in the wearable technology sector.

We maintain ISO 9001 certification in parts of our production facility and plan to extend this certification to include ISO 18001.
